We went though quite a bit to get the house. It was a bit of a long ride. Kari stayed confident, available and stayed on course. She is a friendly, hard working individual. I suggest if you need a home or cabin give Kari a chance.

It was absolutely priceless having a local realtor when purchasing our cabin. Kari had understanding of local laws, regulations, septic systems, and water wells that we did not. It was critical to have someone we trusted in the area to be there for the inspection when we couldn't. There were times when she had to run to the house to check on something for the deal to go through. We could not have closed on our cabin without her trusted local contacts and working relationships. We highly recommend using Kari, you won't regret it.

We were paired with Kari at the very start of our house search, through a Zillow request form. Right from the beginning, Kari was personable, kind, and quickly attuned to what we were looking for. She was upfront about the speed of the market, and very prompt at getting us appointments to look, putting together offers, etc. Her communication was fantastic. I'm sure she had other clients during this time frame, but I honestly couldn't tell with how prompt she was with everything.

Her knowledge of both the area and the types of homes we were looking at was invaluable. There was so much about septic tanks, wells, propane and/or oil tanks, and everything that we had no idea how to consider. Different types of septic tanks, how to care for them, limits on usage, etc. She also had so many different negotiation strategies for us, which was really helpful at the end as we struggled to make things work with our seller. She was wonderful!

The end of our home buying was quite a process, and she went above and beyond to get it done for us, and to make sure all our questions and concerns were comfortably answered before taking on the responsibility of the house.

We can't say enough good things about her! We were very impressed the whole process, and if/when we decide to sell, we'll be asking for her again!
